At Gacha Kawa, we want you to love your kawaii collectibles; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
